Faith Rose, Associate General Counsel of Doyon, Limited, will provide us with an introduction to the developing area of sex & gender discrimination and how it is impacting employment law and workplace relationships. This presentation will go over some basic concepts and terminology for individuals identifying outside the gender binary of "male/female," discuss changing social viewpoints, strategies for managing legal risk, and creating fair and respectful workplaces.
