Imposter Syndrome, the misbelief that one is unqualified or undeserving of their achievements, is experienced by many women lawyers. Our guest Amy Wood, Psy.D. will explain why imposter syndrome is so common among ambitious women and how we can reduce it. About our guest: Amy Wood, Psy.D., is a Maine-based psychologist specializing in attorney wellness. She recently presented a CLE for the Alaska Bar Association on overcoming burnout. Her upcoming book, Lawyer Like an Athlete, will be published by the ABA in 2024.
