Certified Coach Cate Goethals, PCC, and Director of the UW Foster School of Business, Women Board Director Development Program, will discuss how to build a personal roadmap for effective board services.  She will focus on women looking to be more influential board members, move from non-profit to for-profit boards, or serve on the boards of bigger organizations, as well as focus on specific pitfalls and pathways for an attorney getting onto a corporate board and creating board pitches.
