Kristal is an associate at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, practicing employment and labor law.  She counsels employers on compliance with laws governing hiring and terminations, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, wage-and-hour, and other employment and labor issues.

She defends employers against workplace disputes in agency and state and federal court proceedings.  She frequently conducts workplace investigations, drafts personnel handbooks, conducts reviews of policies and procedures for compliance with state and federal law, and conducts workplace trainings.

Kristal was born and raised in Alaska.  In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, hiking and backpacking all around Alaska.
