Our Mission

Our mission is to actively promote gender equality and leadership roles for our members in the legal profession, judiciary, and community at large. We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, honor, courtesy, and professionalism in the practice of law.

Our Work

We hold events, open to the legal community, offering networking opportunities for women lawyers in Anchorage, generating community support for women in their practice of law, and providing insight on the challenges and rewards women lawyers face in their personal and professional lives.

Representative events include our annual diversity lunch, a welcome reception for new bar admittees, and events focusing on topics pertinent to women lawyers, such as health care, financial planning, and work-life balance.
